THE BRIEF
An EV manufacturer brought us in to lead the architecture and delivery of a new battery management system (BMS) from the ground up. We ran project management across the workstreams, authored the BMS architecture specification, and owned testing and safety certification validation, informed by competitor analysis that benchmarked the platform against the market.
